 The management and staff of Garmaye Jonoob as an engineering, manufacturer and assembly company of all kinds of home appliances; believing in quality system; complying with requirements of international standard series of integrated system (ISO 9001: 2008; ISO 14001: 2004; OHSAS 18001: 2007) IMS and also customer complaint standard (ISO 10002: 2004); in order to establish and protect modern management system; is always aimed to place priority on the following policies based on improving customer satisfaction level, giving service and manufacturing compliant and high quality product:

1- Continuous improvement of the company
2- In time product delivery to reduce delays and stopovers
3- Reduce waste
4- Improve staff’s level of knowledge by effective education
5- Increase customer’s satisfaction
6- logically answer possible received opinions and complaints
7- Recognize and control all positive and negative environmental aspects and effective health security risks according to company function area
8- prevent environment demolition by programming and controlling company environmental pollutants and effort to protect and improve it
9- Know and keep staff’s health of the company under control
10- Recognize and reduce staff’s accidents and occupational diseases
11- Recognize and pay attention to all environmental rules and regulations and staff’s security proportional to company functional area
